Webmaster ( portmanteau of web and postmaster)

A webmaster also called web developer, website administrator, (informally) webmeister, web architect or site author is a person who has the responsibility in  maintaining a website(s). This kind of people will always need to maintain a website by  building, publishing, maintaining, and updating websites. Handling the infrastructure behind the website is also under the responsibility of  webmaster. 

Computer support specialist 

Basically, a computer support specialist, also called  technical support professionals helps people with computer problems in computers, peripherals or software such as scanners or printers . Actually, some computer support specialists will also call help-desk technicians field to make phone calls for those who have problems with a certain piece of computer software or hardware. They will ask the computer users to describe the difficulty in computers and commands that led to the problems. Then, computer support specialists may repeat those steps by duplicating the problems on their own computer and help to solve it.

Technical writer( technical communicator)

A technical writer is a person who plays roles in creating, designing, writing, maintaining and updating the technical documentation. They are also people who are in charged of documents such as design specifications, online help, user guides, white papers and system manuals. Technical writer also is a person who is required in preparing audios, scripts,  videos, workbooks or articles on the contract.

 Software engineer

Software engineers are people who write and test computer programs. A good software engineer will apply the principles of software engineering to analyse, design, development and implements software solutions. This is to ensure the computer performs in a good quality, more affordable, maintainable, and better in building.  

Network administrator

Network administrator is a person who has the responsibility in managing the local area communications network (LAN) in an organization. Normally, they are also good in configuring deplomenting and monitoring an active network equipment. Distributing in software upgrades, developing a storage management, providing for routine backups, enforcing licensing agreements,network security, installing new applications as well as monitoring daily activity are under their responsibilities.

Data Administration

Data administration is a term that  describes the organization of data, normally stored in Databases under a Database Management System or electronic spreadsheets. They are responsible in activities of data administration and Data Managers, Data Custodians, The Information Security Officer and the Information Security Task Force. Actually, they are the people who coordinate activities in a data administration department.

System Analyst 

A system analyst is the person in charge in the selecting and configuring computer systems for business or an organization. They can choose appropriate systems that will help accomplish the goals of the business once the system analyst has determined the needs of the business. A system analyst's job is to choose the efficient computer solutions for a business and making sure that the systems function properly. Therefore, system analyst must have the general knowledges about the computer hardware and software, always updated on the latest technology as well as  fulfilling the needs of the users.

Programmer

Programmer is a person who proceeds activities in designing, writing the computer software and testing computer programs. It refers to a generalist who writes code for computer software or a game. Programmer should be someone who has a natural sense of algorithm. On the other hand, they also play an important role in designing, writing, testing, and debugging programs.
